My wife’s boobs needed my emotional support yesterday. She shared with me yesterday how she noticed some unconscious patterns about how she manages stress.
When she feels stress she typically gets busy right away. Organizing. Eating. Working. Answering emails. And keeping herself busy so she can bury the stress.
Now she’s working on slowing down and being still. Not coping through being busy. Allowing the stress and the hurt to arise and being present with it. Not running away from it.
I’m really proud of the work she is doing internally.
