My wife’s boobs were sharing with me today about how she doesn’t feel totally great about her exercise routine. She feels like she’s only doing a portion of what she wants. She wants to be moving her body every day and prioritizing that (amidst the many other priorities she has in life.)
I try to tell her that her 80% is quite good and that she need not worry about it. But she won’t allow herself to focus on other things until she feels 100% with her exercise routine.
