My wife’s boobs are really consistent with eating healthy, especially a lot of salads and veggies. Her body type does much better with meat and veggies and no carbs or sugar. She is really good at avoiding sugars, gluten, dairy and processed foods.
And she eats a lot of salads, greens, and keeps her body strong and healthy. A few weeks ago I had a mild case of covid, but she had absolutely no symptoms the entire time. I love how she takes care of her body.
