My wife’s boobs reflected to me last night that she really wonders how she can still have such a stress response when her life is so wonderful. She sees we’re set up well financially. We live in paradise by the beach. Two healthy strong kids.
And she notices that she has an underlying stress response that is an overreaction for whatever life situation arises. She’s been making tremendous progress the last year and especially the last few months.
